Introduction:The use of oral sildenafil citrate (Viagra) is a well-established drug for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). This study sought to determine whether sildenafil citrate is better than sildenafil for the treatment of ED in men using a private prescription.
Methods:A total of 18 men were treated with sildenafil citrate (20 tablets) and 18 men received placebo tablets. All treatment periods were within 24 hours of the onset of symptoms, and all patients were sexually active. The patients were randomly assigned to receive sildenafil citrate tablets (1/20th the recommended dose) or placebo tablets (1/30th the recommended dose) at the end of one or more daily sildenafil tablets treatments. The patients were instructed to take one sildenafil tablet within 24 hours of the onset of their symptoms and to wait at least one hour after taking the tablets before sexual intercourse. The mean age of the patients was 54.6 ± 5.3 years. The patients were divided into two groups, and sildenafil citrate tablets group (n = 18) was administered sildenafil citrate tablets and the placebo tablet group (n = 18) was administered placebo tablets at the same time (1/6th the recommended dose).
Results:No significant differences were observed in the mean scores between the treatment groups at the end of the treatment period (treatments 1 and 6, P = 0.89 and 1/6th the recommended dose, P = 0.84).
Conclusion:There was no significant difference in the mean score on the International Index of Erectile Function-Erectile Function (IIEF-EF) domain at the end of treatment period between the sildenafil citrate tablets group and the placebo tablet group. The patients in the sildenafil citrate tablets group had a mean IIEF score of 2.5 ± 1.5 compared with a mean IIEF score of 2.2 ± 1.4 in the placebo tablet group. The mean IIEF-EF domain score was 3.2 ± 1.1 in the sildenafil citrate tablets group and 3.2 ± 1.4 in the placebo tablet group. There was no significant difference in the mean score between the treatment groups at the end of treatment period (P = 0.74).

The use of sildenafil citrate (Viagra) is a well-established drug for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). It has been found to be an effective and safe drug for the treatment of ED.
The clinical trial was registered on Clinical Trial Registry (NCT00778734) with the date of registration of the original trial (March 13, 2016) and the date of publication of the final publication of the final publication (February 16, 2016).
Sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra, is one of several ED pills that’s considered a PDE5 inhibitor. When this enzyme is inhibited, it maximizes the effect of nitric oxide in your body. (That’s important, because your body naturally releases this gas when you’re sexually aroused. So it’s key to the process of getting and maintaining an erection.)
With more nitric oxide in play, the muscles around your penis can relax. In turn, blood flow to your penis improves. And it becomes easier to hold onto your erection, so you can enjoy a sexual encounter.
Sildenafil also works quickly. You can take our chewable Sildenafil tablets—only available on bluechew.com—about one hour before sex. Avoid taking food with your ED pills, especially fatty meals, since they can impact your body’s ability to absorb the drug.
When taken according to directions, the medication is fast-acting, reaching its peak concentration in your bloodstream about one hour after dosing. Then, the medication stays in your body for up to six hours, so you can enjoy a great night with that special someone.
azole antifungal orofava cvs holleshise shinglesTake Sildenafil as directed by your healthcare provider. Check with your doctor to learn how much alcohol you can take.
Take it about 1 hour before you plan to have sex. Taking it with a light meal (like cheese, steak, or omelet) can improve its absorption and thus its effectiveness.
The dose prescribed by your doctor will depend on your medical condition, your response to treatment, and whether or not you are taking any other medications. However, if you are taking alpha-blockers (such as doxazosin or tamsulosin), you may take a dose over a six-hour period.
If you have other concerns, talk to your healthcare provider. Your doctor may adjust your doses or prescribe a different medication, so don’t take Sildenafil if you have a history of heart attack, high blood pressure, or stroke, or you will not have a history of liver or kidney disease. If you have bleeding problems, especially during the treatment, they may need to be treated in person.
It is important to take it regularly and with fore and aft attention. Do it under the guidance of your healthcare provider, as you may need to practice safe sex with those special people.
In some cases, taking too much Sildenafil can lead to serious side effects, such as:
If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the one you missed and take the next dose when it is almost time for your next.
If you take too much Sildenafil, your healthcare provider may adjust your dosage or recommend a different medication, so don’t take it if you have taken too much Sildenafil in the morning or early in the evening.
If you take too much Sildenafil, your healthcare provider may increase your dose, so ask a doctor if it is safe to you in the event that you experience side effects such as:
If these side effects are severe or persistent, they may be life-threatening.
Viagra is a generic version of Viagra sold as a pill. It contains the same active ingredient as the brand-name Viagra, Sildenafil Citrate, but is also available in a different dosage form, including tablets. This means that the amount of medicine that the pill contains can vary depending on the dosage form, the age of the patient, and other factors. In some cases, patients will have to give a different dosage form to the medication they are prescribed to take. This is because generic sildenafil is a cheaper alternative to the brand-name version and because generic sildenafil is a newer medication introduced in 2017. In order to find out which of the two versions of the same drug is most effective for your condition, you need to ask your doctor or pharmacist about this.
